The American singer Stefan Kendal Gordy, better known as Redfoo, participated in the M15 in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt. Known for hits like 'I'm sexy and I know it' and 'Party rock anthem', the 49-year-old musician received an invitation to compete in this tournament and faced the Norwegian Leyton Rivera, son of Chilean parents and ranked 1299th in the ATP rankings. Redfoo lost to Rivera 6-1 and 6-0 in just 43 minutes of play.

In a recent participation in the same tournament in Sharm El Sheikh, Redfoo suffered an even more significant defeat against the Slovak Dusan Baranec, who beat him with a double 6-0. These recent forays into tennis are not the first for Redfoo, as in 2016 he competed in the qualifying rounds of the USA F30 Futures against the Spaniard Fernando Bogajo, also losing.

Redfoo has shown a lasting interest in tennis, having maintained a relationship with Belarusian Victoria Azarenka, former number 1 in the women's rankings and winner of the Australian Open in 2012 and 2013. His passion for this sport is reflected in his active participation in tournaments despite the results.

In Redfoo's words about his experience in tennis: 'I have always had a special connection with this sport. It is exciting to be able to participate in tournaments and challenge myself on the court. Although the results are not always as expected, I will continue to enjoy this sport that I love so much.'
